Bill Mrochek has over fourteen years of management experience, providing leadership and direction for successful projects in the software application and interactive entertainment product spaces.

Before joining 38 Studios, Bill spent four years running large projects in both games and business as QA director for iBeta Quality Assurance. Bill worked with several large publishers, including Namco Bandai, Disney, Sega, Konami, and Activision.

Bill first began work in interactive entertainment nine years ago at VR1 Entertainment where he helped run the quality assurance department. He also contributed as a writer and video editor. When VR1 was purchased by Jaleco, he went on to work as a designer for Goblin Commander: Unleash the Horde.

Bill spent the first ten years of his career as a producer and production manager for programming and commercials in both the Las Vegas and Denver markets, which earned him numerous local and regional awards. His broad work experience included various roles with TCI, AT&T, and Cox Cable.

Bill earned a degree in television production from the University of Las Vegas.
